For eight years, I conducted semiannual workshops that guided the strategies and products across the entire company. This workshop material for Summer 2020 Trends, held in September 2018 for the team of designers and commercial product managers. The departments followed the trend and lifestyle guidelines presented in this workshop. A video was later recorded for training the Visual Merchandising team and Store Salespeople, to help them understand the fashion, behavior, and lifestyle trends that were incorporated into the collections of the women’s, men’s, children’s, and home fashion departments.
